Emulsion Breaking Protocol

The emulsion from the preceding protocol is broken using isopropanol and the detergent buffer solution NXS, together with a sequence of vortexing, tabletop centrifuging, magnetic separation, and denaturing of free reverse strands, resulting in a suspension of amplified and unamplified beads.
